Certification Preparation Support & Refund Policy

Certquestionsbank provides independent preparation resources for learning, revision, and self-assessment. This is conditional refund support, not a promise of an exam pass, certification, employment, or a particular result.

Eligibility

All conditions apply: take the relevant exam no earlier than 7 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days after purchase; file the request within 7 calendar days after the exam; provide an official score report showing name, exam name/code, date, and result; ensure the report name matches purchaser or account information; ensure the purchased product matches the exam; and submit the request as the original purchaser. Use by another person is not covered.

For multi-product orders, only the actual amount paid for the product directly related to an eligible exam may be reviewed, with discounts, bundles, and promotions apportioned proportionally. Exams before day 7 or after day 30 are not eligible. Some products may have different disclosed terms due to update cycles, maintenance, or product features; qualifying customers may receive updated resources or other support.

Request and Limitations

Technical-tool or software installation, operating-system/device compatibility, security-software restrictions, browser settings, and network issues do not themselves justify a refund, though reasonable assistance may be offered. Email support@certquestionsbank.com with order number, registered email, product, exam name/code, exam date, official score report, and a brief reason. Complete requests are normally reviewed within 1 to 3 business days. Approved funds return to the original payment method.

This Policy does not apply after the deadline; if reports are altered, unverifiable, or inconsistent; if the purchaser was not the exam taker; if product and exam do not correspond; if different terms were disclosed; if Terms were breached; if sharing, copying, resale, unauthorized distribution, chargeback abuse, or fraud is indicated; or if results were cancelled or invalidated for misconduct or provider-rule breaches. Each eligible purchase may receive only one approved refund under this Policy.

Third parties control exam questions, scoring, updates, individual performance, and certification decisions. Certquestionsbank is independent and, unless expressly stated otherwise, not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by certification bodies. Outcomes vary with individual preparation, experience, study time, and other factors. We may update this Policy; the version effective at purchase generally applies unless a later version is more favorable.
