After payment and while you comply with these Terms, we grant a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable access right. Without written permission, you may not copy, republish, scrape, extract, sell, rent, redistribute, upload, commercially use, remove rights notices from, or build a competing service with Certquestionsbank content. Our original content, practice materials, explanations, summaries, design, and software features belong to Certquestionsbank or relevant rights holders.

We do not knowingly provide leaked, stolen, unlawfully obtained, or confidential exam material, or cheating tools. You may not request, upload, share, sell, or exchange unauthorized or confidential exam material, NDA-breaching information, cheating tools, infringing material, or other unlawful content. Independently authored practice questions and mock exams for lawful study are allowed.

We strive for useful, accurate content but do not guarantee it is always complete, current, accurate, or error-free. Services are supplied “as is” and “as available.” To the extent law allows, we are not liable for exam or certification results, expected learning outcomes, third-party changes, device/network/browser issues, third-party technical or payment failures, interruptions beyond reasonable control, or decisions based on learning content. Our total liability is no more than the amount paid for the product directly giving rise to the claim, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

5. Policies, Law, and Contact

We may change or discontinue services, content, or Terms for maintenance, technical, security, legal, compliance, or operational reasons. Completed orders are subject to terms effective at purchase unless later terms are more favorable. These Terms are governed by Hong Kong Special Administrative Region law; disputes belong before its competent courts unless mandatory law says otherwise. Invalid provisions do not affect the rest.
